Hotel Mozart Rome, Rome

The hotel was a mixed bag with some positives and drawbacks. The rooms, although small and somewhat noisy, had all the amenities we needed. The service was a bit hit-or-miss but generally friendly and forthcoming. The location was fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants, ideal for exploring the city. The dining options were delicious and good value, especially the internal bar on the first floor. The facilities were satisfactory, but improvements could be made.

The rooms were spotless and had everything I could possibly need, making my stay incredibly comfortable. However, the service was a bit hit and miss, needing some improvement.
